We will forever be returning customers of Easy Peasy Plumbing. We had a really bad leak as well as a broken kitchen faucet so bad to where we had to shut the water off. We called Peaden Plumbing and they said they couldn’t get out until the following week. We figured that was par for the course for the business so we agreed. The day of our appointment, I got a call that morning only to be told that we are being pushed out another week because “they have customers who the have to tend to first as they don’t have water”. I explained (as I did in the original call) that we had to also shut our water off and we have four children as well. They apologized and said They’d POSSIBLY be able to squeeze us in the following day. So I called Easy Peasy. They said they could have someone out between 2 and 4 that day( It was already 12:30 or so) I said absolutely! Zack came out and diagnosed our issue within minutes. He went out to his laptop, worked up a price and said they’d be out today between 8 and 10. Which was literally the following day. They called this morning profusely apologizing because they were running a bit behind as someone had called out. I was extremely appreciative of being kept in the loop and told them it was no issue! They pulled up shortly after 11, and Kaleb did the job with a quickness and had even asked if I had any questions before I paid and he left! When we first moved in this house 3 yrs ago, The contractors had run our hot and cold waters lines backwards so when we turned on the hot water, cold came out and vice versa. The contractor told me it’d be a huge task to fix the lines. Kaleb fixed them without even being asked so now our lines are even correct!! I am so pleased with the quality of service that we received from each tech! They were both very professional and quick to resolve the problem! Thank You Easy Peasy for being the complete opposite of Peaden! We greatly appreciate it!!!
